Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager and Agent

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 9 August 2019 we, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers and agents of TOA HEALTH & FITNESS PTY LTD as trustee of The Whare Allen Family Trust (in receivership).
