Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 21 May 2019 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to an instrument dated 19 June 2008.
