Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of INTEGRITY SITE FACILITATORS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 6 September 2019 at 10.14am.

We fix 14 October 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
