Marcus McMillan and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BAKER NO TILLAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 September 2019 at 10.25am.

We fix 14 October 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
