Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder of the company on 19 August 2019 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 30 September 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
