Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANUREWA CAR SPARES (NZ) LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 July 2019 at 11.51am.

All creditors must notify us in writing of their claims by 30 August 2019 or they may lose their priority to any distributions that may become available and no objections will be received.
