Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of JMI CATERING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 12 June 2019 at 10.23am.

We fix 15 July 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
