Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of SECRET WORLD LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 4 June 2019 at 11.00am when Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), was appointed as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 by order of the High Court at Wellington.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
