I intend to rectify the New Zealand register of companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company, on the application of the following person by deleting or amending documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the register. Dates are those of registration:

EKOPAINTS LIMITED (2161394) – the particulars of the shareholding recording a reallocation of 30 shares from O. S. Mikosza to L. Friel was incorrect (29 May 2018). O. S. Mikosza will be returned as a shareholder holding 30 shares, with L. Friel holding 70 shares. The annual return will be amended to record those holdings (29 May 2018).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 13 September 2018, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
