Notice of Meeting of Creditors

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Timothy Wilson Downes, chartered accountants and CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Grant Thornton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EBERT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by a special resolution of shareholders on 3 October 2018 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at The Grid Auckland, 12 Madden Street, Wynyard Quarter, Auckland, on Tuesday 13 November 2018 at 2.00pm. Registrations begin at 1.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Provide the creditors with an update;
2. whether another liquidator should be appointed in place of the appointed liquidator; and
3. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee.

If you are a creditor of the company and you have not received the liquidators’ report and meeting documents, please contact the liquidators at the address below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting forms by the time and dates prescribed in such forms.
