The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way easement. The applicants claim the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right of way easement on 12 March 2018 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: A right of way over part Lot 3 DP 18760 appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 70923 created by Transfer 527324 – 21 June 1960 at 2.19pm.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of plan DP 70923.
