I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 17 October 2018.

Application 10661071.1 by Allan James Russell at Napier for an estate in fee simple in 744m² more or less being part Lot 2 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Hawke’s Bay Land District under number LT 522049 being part Suburban Section 9 Meeanee, such land being part of the land granted to William Colenso under Crown Grant 35 on 16 February 1859, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
