I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 30 August 2018.

Application 11138313.1 by Lindsay John Peters at Kaipaoi for an estate in fee simple in 0.000165 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under number LT 505626, being Part Rural Section 321 which is part of the land in Deeds Index C321, such land being part of the land granted from The Canterbury Association to George Baron Lyttelton, the Reverend Charles Martin Torlesse and the Reverend Nugent Wade by Deed of Conveyance 281, recorded in 1D/428 on 6 May 1853 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 1974 dated 17 July 1856, recorded in Deeds Index 2C/S769 to Arthur Acheson Dobbs and conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 3592 dated 1 December 1958, recorded in Deeds Index 2C/S809 to William Hammett and conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 40866 to George Kelso and then by Deed of Conveyance 40867 to Samuel Manning both dated 24 March 1874 and conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 81791, dated 25 July 1890 to S Manning & Company Limited, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
