I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 5 June 2018.

Application 11032962.1 by Wellington Regional Council for an estate in fee simple in 99m² and 68m² more or less being Lot 1–2 respectively on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under number LT 511159 being Part Section 49 Hutt District which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 34 Folio 351 which was previously contained in Deeds Index Volume 3 Folio 601 and previously contained in Deeds Index Volume 3 Folio 56 such land being part of the land granted to William Henry Rawson under Crown Grant 522 dated 12 July 1854 and registered 28 September 1855 and transferred to David Speedy in Conveyance 866 registered 30 September 1857 and transferred to Helen Speedy in Conveyance 1129 registered 17 August 1858 and transmitted David Speedy, Alexander Pringle and David McEwen as executors in Will 5810 registered 6 January 1866 and transferred to James Hutton Speedy in Conveyance 7091 registered 1 March 1867 and transferred to David Speedy in Conveyance 7815 registered 5 November 1867 and transmitted to Elizabeth Caroline Speedy in Probate 76807 registered 17 June 1899 and transferred to The Hutt River Board in Conveyance 99395 registered 11 June 1908 and vested in Wellington Regional Water Board pursuant to the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972 and transferred to Wellington Regional Council pursuant to the Wellington Regional Council Constitution Order 1980 (New Zealand Gazette, 29 May 1980, No. 62, page 1618) and the Local Government (Wellington Region) Reorganisation Order 1989 (New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 1989, No. 99, page 2491) who is the documentary owner thereof.
