Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act, and by reason of an error made in the notice headed Notice of Intention to Vest Land in the Crown and Amalgamate Under Sections 96 and 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, Waimakariri District dated 9 November 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 November 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln5771, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, hereby revoke that notice and issue the following notice in its place.

Notice of Intention to Vest Land in the Crown and Amalgamate Under Sections 96 and 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, Waimakariri District

Pursuant to sections 96 and 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, vest the land owned by the Waimakariri District Council described in the First Schedule to this notice in the Crown and amalgamate that land with the fee simple land defined under the heading “Description” in the Second Schedule to this notice, and any leasehold or stratum in freehold or any other estate less than freehold or interest in, or any status, restriction, charge, or any other encumbrance that applies to any piece of land to be vested and amalgamated will be extinguished when the land vests in the Crown.
