Pursuant to section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, I, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, amalgamate the fee simple land defined under the heading “Description” in the First Schedule to this notice, and any leasehold or any estate less than freehold or interest in, or any status, restriction, charge, or any other encumbrance that applies to any piece of land to be amalgamated, except for those described in the Second Schedule to this notice, will be extinguished.
