- Pursuant to section 52(4), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart as segregation strip and shall remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be declared road and shall remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.
