Pursuant to sections 114, 17 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Grey District Council; the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and vested in the Grey District Council; and the land described in the Third Schedule to be amalgamated with the Computer Freehold Register WS3C/959 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
