Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for better utilisation and vested on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette in the South Waikato District Council, excluding minerals reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, applicable to that part of the land formerly comprising part of Section 61, Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District.
