Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Coastal Otago District, Department of Conservation, Dunedin, hereby appoints Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu to control and manage part of the Katiki Point Historic Reserve described in the Schedule hereto for historic purposes.
