Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 7 December 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 2017, Notice No. 2017-ln6527, by removing the words “and shall vest in the Crown” and replacing them with “and shall vest in the Waipa District Council”.
