Notice of Direction For the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of The Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution on 15 December 2005 of the above-named incorporated society, (initially incorporated as Prisoners Aid and Rehabilitation Society of the Taupo Turangi District on 1 July 1965 and changed its name to Prisoners Aid and Rehabilitation Society of the Taupo Turangi District Inc on 14 November 1991), its surplus asset, being:

an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 592 square metres, more or less, being Certificate of Title WN30A/701, Lot 181 Deposited Plan 28539 (Wellington Land Registration District)

be vested in Prisoners Aid & Rehabilitation Service Trust (2676931).

This direction shall become final on 17 August 2018. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
