I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 91 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I have approved, for the period 20 December 2018 to 19 December 2023, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited.

The approval of the code of ethical conduct of Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited dated 18 November 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 January 2014, No. 1, page 37, is revoked.
