Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 May 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Michelle Tod-Bosch, in respect of Peekaboo Childcare Limited Nursery (10341), situated at 115–117 Hugh Green Drive, Pinehill, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
