as a health practitioner member of the Medical Council of New Zealand for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice and ending on 30 June 2021; and has reappointed

Dr Curtis Walker

as health practitioner members of the Medical Council of New Zealand for a term of office commencing on the date of this notice and ending on 30 June 2021.
