Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 29 June 2018.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 27 October 2016, Issue No. 97, Notice No. 2016-go6105).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Waitemata District Health Board”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Dr Michael Liong Tiong Ang, Consultant Psychiatrist, of Auckland”
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Dr Gregory Scott Finucane, Liaison Psychiatrist, of Auckland”.
