Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that the New Zealand Forest Owners Association Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and that the New Zealand Forest Owners Association Incorporated represents the commercial plantation forest nurseries sector, comprising only the full members of the New Zealand Forest Nursery Growers Association Incorporated who grow commercial plantation forest tree stocks in the form of seedlings, cuttings, or any other propagation method, but excluding tree-seed producers, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
