Pursuant to section 423 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Associate Deputy Secretary, Operational Delivery, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Proprietor of the following schools:

Nelson Christian Academy (1148)
Tauranga Waldorf School (1187)
St John’s College Hamilton (136)

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 26 September 2018. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public via the education website or the following email addresses:
