Under section 447(2) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Elim Proprietors Trust in respect of any pupil at Elim Christian College shall be a maximum of $2,450.00 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum for 2019, and a maximum of $2,550.00 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum from 2020.
