Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 22 August 2018.

Notice

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2013 - Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909).
2. Schedule 1 to the principal notice is amended in respect of “Bay of Plenty District Health Board”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Susan Mackersey, psychiatrist, of Tauranga”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr David George Chaplow, psychiatrist, of Mt Maunganui”.
