Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Rāwhiti Roa (1154) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
