Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 29 June 2018.

1. This notice shall be read together with the notice titled “Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992 Notice 2015—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services” (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 2015, Issue No. 18, Notice No. 2015-go1114).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Southern District Health Board”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Dr Bradley Strong, Psychiatrist, of Dunedin”
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Ms Ruth Elizabeth Manning, Clinical Nurse Specialist, of Dunedin”.
