Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 August 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Jane Burke, in respect of TopKids Mangere East 2 (25444) situated at 48 Tennessee Avenue, Mangere East, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
