Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, Raetihi Primary School (2429) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Raetihi Primary School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 February 2018, Notice No. 2018-go307) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
