Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Hato Petera College (33) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Hato Petera College (33) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 March 2017, Issue No. 35, Notice No. 2017-go1511) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
