Notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2018, Kiwibank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of a 2010 Massey Ferguson tractor 5465 registration A3ELK, a 2008 Lemkin Rubin 9 disc cultivator serial no. 327926, a 2013 Duncan Enviro Drill DD30 c/w Hatzenbichier air seeder, serial no. STKM12093 and a 2017 Herron L21 Lowloader, serial no. SA9PLL21H0392147 following the default of the Mortgagor, Keen Contracting (2005) Limited (in liquidation) under its security agreement with the Mortgagee.
