Public Notice of Application to Modify Covenant

Pursuant to Section 316(3) of the Property Law Act 2007

1. BELFAST BUSINESS PARK LIMITED has applied to the High Court at Christchurch for an order to modify Land Covenant 9213826.2 to allow for the creation of a road within the Belfast Business Park, Christchurch. The reference number for the application is CIV-2017-409-964. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 12 February 2018 at 11.45am.
