Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidations of the above-named companies have now been completed and the liquidator’s final reports and accounts filed with the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with a request that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 14 January 2019.
