Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), BALL & DOGGETT PTY LTD, an overseas company incorporated in Australia and registered on the Overseas Register in accordance with part 18 of the Act, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and seeks removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies.

BALL & DOGGETT PTY LTD will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
