Notice to Creditors to Claim

Steffany, Sepp Haggenmiller, of 20 Parramatta Place, Howick, Auckland, New Zealand, was adjudicated bankrupt on 22 June 2017 at the High Court at Auckland on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

If you are owed any money by the bankrupt, you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website: www.insolvency.govt.nz.

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 24 August 2018 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupt to make their claims.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
