Notice of Material Incorporated by Reference in Maritime Rules and Marine Protection Rules

Pursuant to section 452(6) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice:

A. that rules in the Maritime Rules Various Amendments [Changes related to Conventions] 2017, and the Marine Protection Rules Various Amendments [Changes related to Conventions] 2017, made on 18 December 2017 and taking effect from 1 February 2018, incorporate material by reference as follows:
