Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Fisk and Richard Nacey, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of specified property of Richard Charles Baldwin, on 23 November 2018, under the terms of a specific security agreement dated 7 May 2009.

The Property in Receivership is: A Piper Navajo PA31, Registration No.: ZK-WHW, Serial No.: 31-437, together with two engines with Serial Nos.: RL-940-61 and L-2057-61.
