Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Fisk and Richard Nacey, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of AIR WELLINGTON LIMITED, AIR2THERE.COM (2008) LIMITED and KINGAIR LIMITED on 23 November 2018 under the terms of a security agreement dated 7 May 2009 (in the case of each of AIR WELLINGTON LIMITED and AIR2THERE.COM (2008) LIMITED), and 22 April 2013 (in the case of KINGAIR LIMITED). The property in receivership is all of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
