Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 21 November 2018 at 10.00am Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of MCCUTCHEON AGRICULTURE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained within the general security agreement dated 15 August 2014.
