Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 89 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of the above-named limited partnership by the High Court at Auckland on 15 June 2018 at 10.11am.

The liquidators have fixed 20 July 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
