Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Mr. Ernst Boudewijn Hammelburg was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned companies on 24 November 2017 at 4.00pm.

The above company was placed into liquidation, has ceased trading, has no assets and has liabilities. The shareholders have resolved to liquidate the company.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar, after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to the removal under section 321 must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 10 March 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
