I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 18m² more or less being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Otago Land District under number LT 508121, being Part Section 16 Block IX Town of Oamaru which remains in Deeds Index H264, such land being part of the land granted to Joseph Beattie under Crown Grant 14031 on 17 November 1864, conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 20373 (1 December 1869), conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 30762 (dated 1 August 1872), conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 32216 (dated 15 March 1873), conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 54978 (dated 28 August 1882) and Deed of Appointment (dated 29 July 1904) to Public Trust who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
