 Land Transfer Act Notice 

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 20 November 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicant: Linda Joyce King, 133 Kildare Drive, Invercargill 9810.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 341281 marked “A” and “C” on DP 341281 Certificate of Title 169781 and over Lot 2 DP 341281 marked “B” and “D” on DP 341281 Certificate of Title 169782 and a right to take and convey water over Lot 2 DP 12201 marked “E”, “f-g”, “h-f”, “f-e”, and “e-d” on DP 341281 Certificate of Title SL9A/800 (servient tenements) as appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 500581 part Certificate of Title 512818 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 204709 registered on 29 April 1965.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on LT 500581.
