I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 21 December 2017.

Applicant: Public Trust as Manager on behalf of Hugh Williams (deceased) formerly of Brighton, Otago.

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 440m², more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Otago Land District under LT 491117 being part Section 2 of 6 Block I Otokia Survey District, which remains in Deeds Index P600, which was brought forward from Deeds Index N658 and which was previously contained in Deeds Index B713, such land being part of the land granted to Hugh Williams, under Crown Grant dated 30 January 1863, recorded in Deeds Register 17 Volume 982 instrument 13077, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
