Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart, pursuant to section 52(1), for better utilisation and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
